AskCasinoAI (askcasinoai.com) processes the answers you give the matcher (country, deposit band, game preference, goals) to produce recommendations. We do not sell gambling products; you always play on the operator’s own site.

Matcher and Challenge answers

Qualification answers are used to score published partners. They are not stored as a long-lived player profile database in the foundation product. Challenge API requests may include a country derived from your IP (or a ?geo= override) solely to filter eligibility.

Affiliate attribution

When you click a tracked Play / Claim link, we decorate the outbound URL with a subid and record funnel events (for example Affiliate Click) in Vercel Analytics. We may store a short-lived attribution source in sessionStorage (SEO / AEO / social / UTM) so clicks can be attributed. We also keep a random, session-only identifier in sessionStorage so funnel events in the same tab can be joined; it is not a cookie, it is discarded when the tab session ends, and it is never added to affiliate links. We do not put email or name on those click events.

The site is operated for AskCasinoAI (askcasinoai.com). Privacy questions or correction / access requests: hello@askcasinoai.com. We process matcher answers and attribution signals as an affiliate publisher (legitimate interests / contract performance for providing the matcher; consent for Google Ads measurement cookies).

Retention and your rights

Funnel events in Vercel Analytics are aggregated and retained per Vercel’s product retention. Attribution source in sessionStorage lasts for the browser session. Wheel emails (when the public wheel is enabled) are kept only as long as needed to run the campaign and prevent duplicate spins, then deleted or anonymised. You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data we hold by emailing hello@askcasinoai.com. Where GDPR/UK GDPR applies, you may also have rights to restrict processing, object, and lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

Analytics and advertising measurement

We use Vercel Analytics for aggregated traffic and custom funnel events (page views and named stages such as Affiliate Click). Vercel Analytics is loaded as part of site performance measurement; it is designed not to collect personal identifiers for that product. Separately, we may load Google Ads (gtag / AW-…) for conversion and remarketing measurement only when you consent via the on-site ads notice. Until you accept, Google Ads tags are not loaded. You can decline and continue using the site.

AEO referrer beacon

If you arrive from an AI or search referrer, a lightweight beacon may send the document referrer and user-agent to our /api/aeo/referrer endpoint (and optionally to VIP Legacy’s AEO tooling) so we can measure AI discovery — not to sell your identity.

Signup boost wheel (when enabled)

If the signup boost wheel is publicly enabled, we collect the email you submit so we can record your spin, prevent duplicate spins for the same campaign, deliver boost details, and optionally invite you to future promotional wheels. You must sign up through our affiliate link to participate; promotional amounts require wagering unless stated otherwise. Entries may be stored on our servers and/or forwarded to a configured webhook. The public wheel is currently paused until partner clearance.
